Flyers depart company with David Turon

Fife Flyers can confirm that they have released Czech defenceman David Turon.

The Flyers would like to wish David and his family all the best for the future and we thank him for his time, effort and commitment thus far.

Flyers have been carrying an extra import recently but are now sitting at full import quota, and will be focusing on the Gardiner Conference title, as well as their final league position and the Play Offs.

Flyers are playing back to back home games this weekend Vs Edinburgh Capitals on Saturday 7.15pm and Nottingham Panthers on Sunday 6.30pm

This weekend we will be raffling off Shane Owen’s Game worn Jersey in our shirt off the back competition! Tickets will be on sale both Saturday and Sunday, with the draw taking place during the 3rd period at Sundays game.

Not going to make one of the games? No problem, we will post the winning ticket number online (Facebook & Twitter) and you can come in and collect the jersey at suitable time.

Elite Ice Hockey League

The Elite Ice Hockey League (EIHL) is a professional ice hockey league in the United Kingdom formed in 2003. The league currently consists of 10 teams, with Belfast (NIR), Cardiff (WAL), Coventry (ENG), Dundee (SCO), Fife (SCO), Glasgow (SCO), Guildford (ENG), Manchester (ENG), Nottingham (ENG) and Sheffield (ENG).
