Former Dundee CCS Stars' Marketing Manager, Allan Paul, has been appointed Commercial Consultant to Fife Flyers for an initial three months period. He will concentrate on bringing sponsorship to the club and to create a link between the local community and the Flyers' organisation.

Paul, who left Stars three weeks ago for health reasons said, 'This is a great opportunity for me to help out my local club and to keep my interest in ice hockey alive. Flyers have potentially, the biggest support of all the Scottish teams and have an amazing history within the sport.'

'The Elite League is a suberb product and without doubt, one of the best family entertainment available in the area. I have spoken with directors Tom Muir and Jack Wishart and have been very impressed with their plans for the future and in Todd Dutiaume they have a coach who just oozes with enthusiasm and who is determined to bring glory back to the 'Lang Toun'.
