Todd EIHLFife Flyers' coach Todd Dutiaume is waiting on late fitness test on one or two players, including himself, before he names the final line-up for their Elite League match against Hull Stingrays in Kirkcaldy tonight. (Face-off is at 7.30pm)

Flyers have face three tough games in three days this weekend, losing all of them and picking up injuries along the way. However the coach understands that this is all part of being an Elite League ice hockey team and is geared up for the important fixture against the Yorkshiremen.

He said, 'It's been a really tough weekend but we have got to dust ourselves down and be ready for the match against Hull. When we first played against them on their own ice earlier in the season we secured our first league point. Since then Coach Cloutier put all of his players on a two week's notice and they have responded to that. It's going to be a tough game but we hope to have some of the injured guys recover in time to play and we are ready for the challenge.'

Despite Fife's poor results over the weekend Hull coach Sylvain Cloutier isn't taking the Flyers lightly. He commented, 'We have a long bus ride up to Fife. We had a tough game against them last time and they played us really hard. They came out and scored the first goal early on, we were not ready but we are going to have to be ready from the get-go this time. Fife are a good hockey team and you can’t take anything away from them. They will want to jump us on but we have to be ready for them.'

Fife fans have given the team their full support and Dutiaume will be looking for another big crowd to get behind the team in Kirkcaldy tonight.
