Fife Flyers vs Dundee Stars - 14th March 2015

Dundee Stars make their final visit to Fife Ice Arena on Saturday 14th March when they face Flyers weekend home and home double, face-off 7:15pm. Following last week's disappointing lose to Hull Stingrays, associate coach Danny Stewart is expecting his team to get back on track.

"We all are aware of the performance last Saturday and the most important thing is how we bounce back. We are all accountable for that and practice has been good this week. Guys have been committed to hard work and doing that from here on in will determine what type of team we will be. Dundee can be a tricky side. I have said in the past that they do a good job protecting their goaltender and he gives them a chance to win every night! We know the style of game they play and we know that willingness to compete in tough areas will be pivotal.
"We have them back to back which makes preparation a bit easier. In saying that, our focus is solely on Saturday night and getting 2 points. Once that is done preparations can change for the Sunday depending on how the game goes etc.
"Our focus must be a period at a time here on out. Our playoff spot is in our hands and whether we make it or not will depend on ourselves, as a group, not what other teams do"
