Blair Daly is Back

Fife Flyers are delighted to confirm that fan favourite and Flyers #29, Blair Daly will be back between the pipes next season.

Daly has been with the Flyers since the 2005/06 season. The 5’7 goaltender from Edinburgh played alongside Flyers starting goal tender Kevin Regan in the 2013/14 season.

A firm fan favourite, Daly is looking forward to getting back on the ice for another season with the Flyers “I am delighted to be back at such a great club for my 10th season now.”

“I am proud to be part of the Flyers organization for another season. After such a successful end to last season I am looking forward to the season ahead and hopefully we can win some silverware.”

Flyers Head Coach Todd Dutiaume had the following to say on bringing Blair back for another season with the Flyers

“Blair has been with the team since 2005 and since then has been instrumental in much of the Flyers success. In the three years of our involvement in the EIHL, Blair has had to come in at key moments and has delivered the goods.”

“I'm pleased that Blair has committed to another year with the Flyers, he is one of the best back up netminders in our league with a good attitude and is a great team guy.”
