Fife Flyers have shelved plans to bring a second import player to Kirkcaldy after league bosses backed down over plans to allow two imports per team. At a meeting between Scottish Premier Hockey League clubs last Thursday it was decided that teams with two imports cannot ice both — unless the opposition also has two imports in its roster.
