Flyers Go On The Road
Fife Flyers travel to Ireland for the weekend when they play their double header with the Charlestown Chiefs on 30th and 31st January. Last season Flyers both won and lost against the then Latvian Hawks, who this season have renamed as Charlestown Chiefs.

Flyers Host Dundee Stars - 24th January
Fife Flyers will next take to the ice at Fife Ice Arena on Sunday 24th January when they travel for their Celtic Cup game. It will be the 1st meeting between the sides in the Celtic Cup in FIA of the 2009/10 season but the teams have already faced each other several times with the last time Dundee visiting Fife resulting in them being defeated in the Scottish Cup semi-final to be knocked out of the competition and putting Fife through to the final to play Solway Sharks. Dundee will be looking to take revenge for that defeat.
Flyers Hit Marc With New Signing
Flyers will have a new face in their line-up on Sunday as player-coach Todd Dutiaume looks to bolster his roster for the crucial run-in. Braehead Pirates centre-man Marc Fowley (20), is expected to make his Flyers debut in the crucial Northern League clash against Solway Sharks in Dumfries. Marc, who has starred for Great Britain at the World University Games, signed last week after Braehead's season came to an early end. "We've got Steven King, Andy Samuel and Steven Lynch who all do a great job but I'd like to bring in a young guy that can play centre. Charlestown Chiefs will be the next visitors to Fife Ice Arena to take on Fife Flyers. The Chiefs, last season known as the Latvian Hawks, will travel to Scotland on their weekend road trip which will see them play Solway Sharks on the Sunday. The Chiefs will visit Fife on Saturday 16th January, followed by arch rivalsa visit to Dundee Stars the following evening.
