Next Home Game Sunday 3rd January

Flyers Flyers will next play at home on Sunday 3rd January when they will take on the Dundee CCS Stars in the Scottish Cup semi-final 2nd leg. The team travel up to Dundee on the 27 December for the 1st leg of the semi and will hope to book their place in their first final of the season over the 2 legs. Face-off on 3rd January will be 6:30pm so be sure to not miss the action and cheer on the team.

Christmas Toy Appeal: THANK YOU!

XmasA BIG thank you to all who contributed to the Flyers annual charity toy appeal at the weekend. We have been in tonight bagging up (and counting) and we received just short of 400 toys and gifts aswell as £60 in cash which is just fantastic. The charity are distributing the toys and gifts this week and are extremely happy with the generous donations received.

Flyers Host Solway Tonight (13th Dec)

Sharks Fife Flyers take on their fierce rivals, Solway Sharks in tonights Celtic Cup game at Fife Ice Arena. The teams have played each other twice in this season's Celtic Cup, with Fife come out winners, just, on both occasions. Tonight's game will also see our annual Chrtismas toy appeal take place after the game, when Fife players will look to collect gifts for the COmmunity Project in Glenrothes. So come along and show your support for both the team and this annual event.

Annual Christmas Toy Appeal - Tonight

XmasFife Flyers annual Christmas toy appeal will be hitting Fife Ice Arena on Sunday 13th December during the teams Celtic Cup game against Solway Sharks. Fife Players will be helping with an on ice collection on the night, and we ask that presents are not wrapped. After all presents have been collected, they will be given to the Community Project in Glenrothes who distributes the toys throughout Fife. So please be sure to come along on the 13th December to show your support.

 

Flyers Set for Newcastle Vipers

Flyers assistant coach Steven Lynch hopes Saturday's challenge game against Newcastle Vipers will capture the imaginations of Kirkcaldy's ice hockey fans. Although it's the English side's ENL bench which will head north rather than their Elite League stars, it offers a break from the regular visitors to Fife Ice Arena. And with the Celtic and Northern competitions made up of just a handful of teams, Lynch is hopeful the one-off match will excite hockey fans.
